Exhange and Return Policy

Jack & Jill Natural believes in providing our clients with high-end products that are hand-crafted.  We pour our hearts and our souls into each and every one of our products.  We do not mass produce anything, all our products are locally made by mamas for mamas and babies.  In this regard we ask that you as our faithful clients please understand that due to each product being handmade, slight variations in sizes may occur.  We do our best to ensure uniformity but we are moms just like you and cannot supply largely standardized products like large retailers you will find at shopping malls.

We cannot take responsibility for colours being slightly different compared to what you saw on our site as monitors play a role in colour.  We do our best to photograph our colours true to the real deal but we cannot promise it will be the same as what you see.

Products we sell to clients have been tested by us.  Please follow our washing instructions to the T to ensure your product lasts for many joyful memories to come.  We will know how a product was handled if we hear what the problem is as we test them ourselves and use them for our own little ones.

If a product reaches you in a damaged condition, you need to inform us within 48hours and send the product back to us for inspection.

When you need to send a product back, you will be responsible for the delivery cost to get it to us.  If it turns out that we were at fault we will refund you.

Any returns or exchanges needs to be communicated to us within 48 hours after you received your new product and shipped back to us within 3 business days.

The following products cannot be exchanged after you opened the packaging for health concerns:

  • Breast pads
  • Cloth diapers
  • Feminine sanitary pads
  • Nappy boosters
  • Woopsie-daisies
  • Bibs
